Light and location: Drosera aliciae requires full sun to thrive.
Temperatures: These plants are moderately hardy (protect from severe frosts) and can withstand intense summer heat (up to 40°C) if kept in large pots (minimum 3 litres) or, preferably, in a bog.
Watering: Rainwater. It is important to keep the growing medium constantly saturated, with the pot submerged in a few centimetres of water.
Substrate: A mixture for carnivorous plants consisting of 70–90 per cent blond peat, mixed with approximately 10 per cent perlite. Ideally, the plant should be grown in a peat bed or in a large, constantly moist pot (minimum 3 litres).
