Can I receive an order?

We deliver to all countries in the European Union. We do not deliver to French overseas departments and territories.

What happens if I am not at home during delivery?

You will receive an e-mail with the tracking number when your shipment leaves our premises. The tracking number is also available in your customer account when the order is processed and ready to be sent.

If you are not present at the time of delivery, you can contact the carrier to change the delivery time.

I am never at home during the day. How can I make the delivery?

If no one can receive the parcel at your home, you can :

    - Have the parcel delivered to another address (at the office, for example, or to a neighbour's house)

    - Choose to have the parcel dropped off at a collection point.
