Can you ship to my place?

We ship everywhere in Europe and UK. We do not ship overseas unless you contact us.

What happen if I'm not there at delivery?

In case of absence during the delivery, the carrier shall file a notice in your mailbox. Usually, the carrier passes again the next day. You can contact him to arrange an alternative delivery date.

If you use Taxi-post or Colissimo, your package will be available the next day at your post office.

I'm never home, how can I get my Garden Orchid?

If no one is there to receipt the pack, you can have it shipped at another address or use a proposed drop point.

I like the photos and the Garden Orchids, but I'm scared ordering from this shop. Where can I get those Garden Orchids?
